    What they liked

    For me, it always seemed that this piece of brilliance was forged during the pandemics, when actually, its first release was way back in 2005. I like the multitude of device and OS availability for installation. Also, the free plan is quite generous. The video and sound quality are good. It's done the job very well so far.

    Room for improvement

    Hardly anything. It is so simple and effective that this may turn out to be its downfall, since there is not much room left to innovate.
